Gateway 4 Men is a project within the organisation of Cumbria Gateway. Offering support to men in a safe, welcoming space.
We support men with a range of vulnerabilities, including; mental wellbeing, homelessness and housing related difficulties, debt and money management, and social isolation, to name a few.
Our aim is to encourage, enable and empower men by accessing support, learning new skills, building confidence and self-esteem, developing social skills, and thus improve overall wellbeing. To do this, we offer a variety of support groups, 1-1 support and social activities.
